The Îá°®³Ô¹Ï is proud to offer welcoming, professional spaces that support our mission to provide educational, social, cultural, economic, and workforce development opportunities.
 
Herrett Center for the Arts and Science
A unique space for cultural, educational, and public events.  Full event support is available, including:
  • Audio/Visual equipment and technical support
  • Banquet setups and flexible room configurations
  • Onsite catering options
Eldon Evans Expo Center 
A multi-use educational center which is home to the Golden Eagles National Championship Rodeo Team.  Perfect for trade shows and exhibitions.
 
Fine Arts Auditorium 
A professional auditorium suited for concerts, lectures, and ceremonies.  This space provides a stage, seating, and audio/visual support for polished productions.
 
Meeting Rooms and Outdoor Spaces 
From small meetings to large events, Îá°®³Ô¹Ï has a wide variety of other facilities on campus.  These spaces are offered to the public when not in use by the college, but setup and event support services are limited.  A facility rental fee helps cover direct costs to the college.

Community Event Alcohol Request

All Applications must be submitted minimum 30 days prior to event and are subject to approval by the Office of the President and Director of Campus Safety.

Promotional Banner Request

If you have an approved event on the Îá°®³Ô¹Ï Campus that you wish to promote with banners, please follow these guidelines:

  • The banner dimensions must be 3'X8'* (see dimensions)
  • The banners request submitted at least (2) weeks prior to the event and approved by the Events Coordinator**
  • Requests for approval must include contact information and the duration for which the banners are to be up.  

* Banners must be equipped with proper hanging hardware
** There are multiple Îá°®³Ô¹Ï events and promotions that require banners, so banners might not be able to be approved for the requested times.
