Îá°®³Ô¹Ï Joins #CCMONTH Campaign to Improve Awareness of Value, Need to Support Community Colleges

TWIN FALLS – The Îá°®³Ô¹Ï (Îá°®³Ô¹Ï) is joining in the celebration of Community College Month (#CCMonth), a month-long campaign coordinated by the Association of Community College Trustees (ACCT). The goals of #CCmonth are to improve awareness of the economic and academic advantages of attending community colleges like Îá°®³Ô¹Ï.
“Community colleges play a critical role in the American higher education system,” says Îá°®³Ô¹Ï President Dr. L. Dean Fisher. “They are often the first point of entry into higher education for students, including older adults, and those seeking career and technical education. The Îá°®³Ô¹Ï is honored to be the Magic Valley’s community college, and we’re proud of the many ways that we serve the communities across our region.”
Each April, the Îá°®³Ô¹Ï joins the Association of Community College Trustees in celebrating Community College Month. Please join us in celebrating Community College month at Îá°®³Ô¹Ï, throughout the state, and across the nation.
