Zoom Rooms
Zoom Rooms are popular options for instruction at Îá°®³Ô¹Ï, and proactive responsibility on the part of each instructor assigned to teach in a Zoom Room can improve outcomes for all involved. There is an institutionally-designated training requirement to teach in a Îá°®³Ô¹Ï Zoom Room.

Note: if you are an instructor assigned to teach a "V" course in a Îá°®³Ô¹Ï Zoom Room in an upcoming semester, training is mandatory and needs to be completed by the Friday prior to the start of class. Please proceed to the first section, below, for more details and training access.
Zoom Room Instructor Training
There are two parts of required training that must be completed each semester an instructor is assigned to teach in or to a Îá°®³Ô¹Ï Zoom Room. The first part is a Canvas training course, which you can anticipate will take approximately one hour to complete. You will complete the second requirement when you schedule a tech check with either IT or TLC. Please complete both parts of your training requirement prior to the Friday before the first day of your class.
